In this episode, Coach P discusses the “White Belt Mentality” and how to keep it in your life. The white belt mentality is one of hunger, desire, and growth. If you are a martial artist (wrestler, jiu-jitsu, judo, MMA, etc.), you want to work hard to perfect your craft. This involves practice, coaching, strength training, mindset training, lifestyle, and all that goes into becoming a high performer. The same goes for relationships, work, your spiritual life, and more.
There is no ceiling, and you can never reach the top when you have a white belt mentality. Instead, you continue to grow, improve, learn from others, and then help others do the same.
Grab a notepad, take a listen, and then apply the lessons to your own life. While on the journey, be sure to keep that white belt mentality at all times.
