In this episode, Coach P speaks with Travis Patrick, the Head Wrestling Coach for Arizona Christian University.

Coach Patrick was a successful college wrestler, is a strength and conditioning guru, and a phenomenal wrestling coach. He helped build NAIA Powerhouse, Menlo, into a perennial contender and now is looking to repeat that success as Arizona Christian University.

This is a new program, only two years old, and Coach Patrick is building it from the ground up. We talk about his wrestling career as a competitor, assistant coach, and now head coach during the discussion. He shares the pillars of his team culture, fitness advice, and how his faith in Jesus has been essential in every part of his life.
